Norbert Szemlewski

Norbert Szemlewski is managing partner of localis GmbH. He advises medium-sized companies in the real estate industry, particularly real estate agencies, on strategic management and marketing. Other key areas of his work include conducting location analyses and advising companies and private individuals on the search for and purchase of exclusive properties in France. After studying spatial planning (graduate engineer) and business administration (graduate businessman), he initially joined a consulting firm specializing in medium-sized companies. Through numerous interdisciplinary projects for various industries and different hierarchical levels, he learned from a management consultant's perspective which success factors count in everyday business life. From 2002, he worked as an independent management consultant in the fields of marketing, strategic management, and future management. Several stays abroad took him to France, where he dealt with developments in the local real estate market as part of numerous projects. In 2008, Norbert Szemlewski founded localis GmbH, which has offices in Dortmund and Paris.
